HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 Relating to                                 
substance abuse treatment for offenders in the criminal justice                
system, was read the second time and was before the Senate on final            
passage.                                                                       
                                                                               
Senators Halford, Leman, Taylor, Ellis moved and asked unanimous               
consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution.                
Without objection, it was so ordered.                                          
                                                                               
The question being: Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                          
NO. 11 Relating to substance abuse treatment for offenders in the
